Why has my Card Fee changed?

The card fee is a standard fee for all customers and is charged monthly per card.

If this is the first time these fees have shown on your invoice or these fees have increased, you may have been signed up on a limited-term introductory offer. We notify the main contact person on your account two months before the end of an introductory period so you know these fees will be applied.

If you have been a customer for some time, changes still may be made to your card fee for various reasons, such as changes in the market or due to how your account has been managed. 

If you have not used a card for transactions during a calendar month (inactive), the card fee for that card, on that month, may be increased with an inactivity fee component.
