Why did I get a notification about changes to my discounts/fees?

Most new accounts are signed up to introductory pricing for a fixed term.

We notify the main contact person on your account two months before the end of the any introductory term, so you know changes will be made to your account.

If you have been a customer for some time, changes still may be made to your account for various reasons, such as changes in the market or due to how your account has been managed.
