How do I add a debit or credit card to CardSmart Flex pilot?

To assign your debit or credit card to your CardSmart Flex account, log in to CardLink Online. Note that if your access is read only, you will be able to see the Payment Method Status, however you will not be prompted to add a card. Please contact your Account Administrator to add a card.

  • If there’s no card currently associated with your account, as the Account Administrator, you’ll be prompted to add a card. Click on the OK button to proceed.

  • From the Manage Credit/Debit Card screen, click on the ADD button.

  • You will be taken through to a secure payment gateway window to add your credit or debit card. Complete all fields and click on the SUBMIT button.

  • If the card has been successfully added, you will receive a “Card Added” message and be able to see masked details of your card on the “Summary” tab.

  • If the secure gateway cannot associate your card, an error message will pop up.

When you are on your “Summary” page, you will always be able to see the status and details of your attached card – in this instance, the card attached is “Active”.
