We do not accept manual vouchers as all service stations have terminals which are configured to accept CardSmart cards when the site signs up with us as a merchant.

If for some reason you cannot process the transaction via your terminal, you can submit the invoice to us. Click Contact Support at the bottom of this page, then select ‘Merchant Query’, then ‘Transaction Authorisation’ and attach the manual voucher or invoice.
