How can I get a terminal to process a CardSmart transaction?

Firstly, you need to be set up as a merchant with us. If you have not yet done so, please click here: Joining our Network

If you already are a Merchant with us and have a new terminal, then submit the terminal ID for all the terminals on your site by emailing us at [email protected]

Alternatively, if you have documents to attach, click Contact Support at the bottom of this page, then select ‘Merchant Query’ to submit your request.
