Are all vehicles eligible for Roadside Assistance?

Roadside Assistance is available to all Cardsmart Customers. If you are in need of emergency breakdown services, please call the number on the back of your card – 0800 655 176 – and provide your vehicle registration, card number and location. Note that a callout fee will be added to your invoice along with any additional charges to resolve the problem.

 

Auto Assist Plus is made available to all of our CardSmart customers who apply – membership will be confirmed once your application has been processed.

Collision care

·         Contact with 24 hour medical, legal or trauma counselling

·         Arrange replacement vehicle*

·         Arrange emergency accommodation*

·         Arrange alternative land transport*

·         Organise vehicle recovery and storage*

·         Informing Cardlink approved repairer

*Associated costs at the expense of either the cardholder or their insurance company
